Highlighting the partnership between elumatec and ALUDEX

We are excited to share our recent collaboration with ALUDEX. They are a high-end partner in the aluminium profile processing industry in Europe. This partnership features the sale and delivery of our advanced SBZ 151 Edition 90 profile machining centre from Germany to the Netherlands. This is already the third SBZ 151 we delivered to ALUDEX, and it is a good example of our dedication to providing advanced solutions and full support to our clients.

Setting the standard in profile machining
The SBZ 151 Edition 90 is a sophisticated 5-axis profile machining centre designed for versatile and efficient machining of aluminium and thin-walled steel profiles. It allows ALUDEX to be flexible, as the machine makes it possible to quickly switch working on other projects. Furthermore, it can make automatic adjustments, resulting in more accurate operations, such as routing, drilling, tapping, thread milling, notching, and sawing, all while maintaining the profile bar in a stationary position to protect surfaces. Partnership with ALUDEX
The machining centre was transported in parts from our facility in Germany to the ALUDEX workshop in Zeewolde, the Netherlands. There, the separate parts were reassembled in time. As far as we are concerned, ALUDEX is a tightly organized company, where they know very well how to handle our machines. The specialists at ALUDEX attended an elucad training in Germany. Also, when the first SBZ 151 was put into use in 2018, specialists from Germany were present at the Aludex to organize and help with the implementation of the machine.

The third SBZ 151
They already have experience with our machines, leading to some positive incidentals, such as shorter training- and familiarization periods. If you can operate one elumatec machine, others will be easy to learn as well. The experience with the first two elumatec SBZ 151 machines was the deciding factor for the purchase of a third machine. The user-friendly software was also very important.
