Trade fair preview: elumatec kicks off the new year by showcasing two new machines at BAU 2025

Like at the recent Aluminium trade fair in Düsseldorf, the elumatec AG specialists will be on the Voilàp Group stand at the upcoming BAU, the sector’s leading global trade fair, in early 2025. Look out for the gleaming white elumatec logo in Hall C1, Stand 502, which will take you straight to our profile machining experts!

We will be in Munich from 13 to 17 January 2025, showcasing two new machines:
 

• The new SBZ 145: The stable and compact 5-axis gantry machine for metalworkers and industrial users has a large machining area of 560 mm x 350 mm x 7,500 mm. With generously dimensioned on-board tool changers, the choice between shuttle operation and bar machining on the full bar and much more, the SBZ 145 offers maximum flexibility – and its intelligent control technology ensures high energy efficiency.
   
• The new SBZ 625/13: The modular CNC machining centre, which can be equipped with up to 40 axes, is now also available in a version specially optimised for the requirements of aluminium machining. We have decoupled the milling and sawing processes on this machine, which enables parallel processing to give users maximum productivity. The key facts and figures: infeed with ten magazine positions, machining module with space for up to eight tools, profile buffer between the milling and sawing unit, high-speed sawing centre with three fixed saw blades (45°, 90°, -45°).
