When Werner Keller Technik AG, from Dallenwil in Switzerland, promises customised solutions, that’s a cast iron guarantee. The company specialises in developing its own versatile, intelligent and contemporary solutions for aluminium systems, metal construction and curtain wall manufacturing, and also offers a wide range of engineering services. Keller is passionate about making its customers’ dreams come true, no matter how unusual they may be.
Werner Keller Technik AG’s origins go back to the Josef Keller Metallbau metalworking shop, founded in nearby Hergiswil in 1933. Today’s Technik AG is owned by Werner Keller Junior, grandson of founder Josef Keller, and has operated since 2010 from its headquarters in Stettlistrasse, Dallenwil, as a sister company of Werner Keller Metallbau AG. Over the years, Werner Keller Technik AG hasn’t just honed its specific expertise: it has broadened its range of services with a focus on producing customised solutions. Customers, typically architects from the Zug, Lucerne, Zurich and Ticino regions, come to the company for an all-round service that covers consultation in the project planning phase, made-to-measure design and manufacturing, and professional assembly and installation. The company is particularly proud of products such as the WK Bellavista balcony system and the WK Klaro frameless all-glass railing system, which were developed in-house and have been patented.

Developed in-house, it is long-lasting, robust and weather-resistant. And whether it’s aluminium porch canopies, letterboxes or any kind of railings, Werner Keller Technik AG has made a name for itself in the region as an expert partner.

A reliable, high-quality supplier
Werner Keller Technik AG’s 50 or so employees work hard every day to ensure that its customers get products of the highest quality and the best possible service – a goal it has in common with elumatec. But it wasn’t just the shared vision that convinced the Swiss company to work with elumatec. “Quite simply, the overall package won us over,” says Werner Keller, who is keen to highlight the high quality of the machines, the sophisticated software, the excellent on-site customer service, and in particular the high service availability that makes his and his staff’s work easier.

Fewer errors, higher productivity
Werner Keller Technik AG’s machine pool includes the elumatec DG 244, SBZ 122/75 and SBZ 151 Edition 90. The latter is primarily used for balconies, frameless all-glass railings and profile systems, the SBZ 122 is used for railing systems, series production parts and also for profile systems, and the DG 244 is used for all kinds of processing, including for letterbox profiles.

“The reliability of elumatec’s machines has allowed us to increase our accuracy, reduce our error rates and boost our productivity,” says owner Werner Keller. But the company isn’t standing still, and the next developments are already in motion: new operating equipment and specialisation in aluminium. These represent major challenges, but Keller sees a bright future. “We can do the impossible in the blink of an eye – miracles might take a little longer.”
