The mitre saws are designed to make angled cross cuts at the end of a wooden element to form a closed corner with another element. The Elumatec offering includes models with a robust, honed and continuous support table with an accurately positioned integral turn table to facilitate cutting operations. This surface means personnel can place and pick up profiles in the optimal manner.
Also for series production in an industrial setting, the saws follow the hallmark Elumatec “cutting from below” principle, allowing precise and accurate operations and giving an unobstructed view of the work at all times. Excellence in sawing operations is assured thanks to a standard blade with manual or hydro-pneumatic saw feed; conversely, the vertical belt is connected to a wear-resistant low-noise drive.
The machine tools are multifunctional in terms of materials, i.e. aluminium and PVC, and they can be accessorised with length stop and measuring systems, roller conveyors, cutting fluids, extraction systems and extra saw blades. If not included, customers can also purchase a hydro-pneumatic saw feed system to facilitate daily work activities.
